ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

ORDERING

A tax invoice will accompany your delivery or will be emailed to you on the day of your catering. If you need an invoice before your date of catering please ask us and we can email one to you

Tall Poppies Catering products are available for delivery to the Sydney Metropolitan Area only.

Orders to be placed prior to 2pm for next day delivery. Late orders may not have the full choice of all menus items.

Once an order has been placed an email notification is sent to Tall Poppies Catering. We will notify you by email that your order is confirmed. If there are delivery charges with your order we will notify you at this time as well

You can also login to your account with Tall Poppies Catering to see your confirmed order and past orders

Tall Poppies Catering can accommodate most special dietary requirements but we need these at least 48 hours prior to your delivery in writing.

All special dietary requirements will be trayed separately and labelled

All food and beverage menus and selections are subject to change up to 1 month prior to your event date.

MENU SELECTION & CONFIRMATION

All food and beverage menus and selections may be subject to change up to 1 month prior to your event date.

A minimum amount of guests may apply to some orders or menu items as specified on our menu

Final Numbers must be confirmed 48 hours prior to your catering delivery time.

Tall Poppies Catering will not be held liable for the health and safety of our customers for any food removed from the delivery venue or consumed more than 60 minutes after delivery time

DEPOSITS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Orders may require 100% prepayment for private catering. Corporate accounts available on a 7-day invoice

In the event of a cancellation the following conditions apply

  • If catering is cancelled on the day of your delivery the full payment is applied
  • If catering is cancelled within 24 hours of your delivery 25% payment is applied
  • If catering is cancelled before these time limits a full refund will apply

Refunds are issued via the same payment method that was used to pay for the order.

MINIMUM ORDER AND DELIVERIES

Minimum order amount for the CBD is $50

Delivery is free within a 5km radius of the CBD

Delivery charge of $15 applies between 5km and 10km of the CBD

Please call for the minimum order amount and delivery charges over a 10km radius of the CBD

Delivery charge of $15 applies on weekends and public holidays

All food is prepared for delivery fresh on the day of your catering order

Catering will be delivered in disposable, recyclable catering boxes. If you prefer melamine trays for your order please let us know. Trays will be collected after the event

EQUIPMENT HIRE

Please enquire if you require additional equipment for your catering event and we can quote for you
